Forced arbitration, class-action and jury waivers, shortened deadlines to sue.
Hard to leave
Early-termination fees, cancellation by mail or phone only, long notice periods.

Questions
Why “Skore” and not “score”?
A score is just a number. A Skore is the number plus the receipts: every red flag quoted word for word from your contract, explained in plain English and graded on a public rubric. If it doesn’t show you the clause, it’s not a Skore.
Is this legal advice?
No. Red Flag Skore provides general information about contract language. It doesn't create an attorney-client relationship, and laws vary by state. If you need advice about your situation, talk to a licensed attorney.
Who built it?
A California trial lawyer who has spent years reading the clauses companies rely on after something goes wrong. Red Flag Skore puts that pattern recognition into a public rubric.
What happens to my documents?
Uploaded documents are deleted after 30 days and are never used to train models without your opt-in. Share cards never include your name or account numbers. The demo on this page runs entirely in your browser.
How do you Skore famous companies' terms?
We use only the current published version, save a dated copy, quote the language word for word, and apply the same public rubric. Every company gets a right-to-respond address.
